Parent Hatha Flow with Baby Spectators (6 week class)
Mommies! Come out and bring your babies with you to this special class designed just for you! Feeling some muscle aches, TIRED, sore and maybe at times a little overwhelmed?! All of the above probably? You are not alone! I am a new mommy and I have designed this class from personal experience, I hope you will come out and give it a try I truly believe you will enjoy this class and each other.
This class will be offered for parent and baby ages 0-8 mos. In a relaxing and supportive environment the babies will watch their parent practice yoga while listening to relaxing music to help bring a sense of calmness to both parent and baby. Mommy enjoys a full body stretching, toning and strengthening while baby is in view at all times. Parents will be encouraged to tend to their babies with ease and without any worry of disrupting the class. Limited spots available, call now to book your spot!

Pre Teen Confidence Building Yoga (6 week session)
Studio W.I.S.E will offer a Confidence and Clarity Booster Course for pre-teen and early teens. The course objective is to utilize yoga to aid in improving and developing self confidence and communication skills of young adults at a pre and early teen age. At this age some children often struggle with self confidence and the ability to communicate their feeling effectively resulting in a poor self image, stress and sometimes sadness. This course is designed to encourage students to become confident in a select number of yoga poses, then slowly moving into experiencing small group work to offer their peers instruction in these poses. Gradually over the course students will have received and delivered both constructive criticisms to their peer teacher and positive re-enforcement. Students will practice how to effectively communicate these messages to each other while learning how to receive this type of feedback and how to manage the feelings that develop as a result; to become more aware of their feelings. Group discussions will be encouraged. Students will be taught skills useful to aid in providing stress/tension relief to apply to the challenges that we all face throughout our lives.
