Studio Guidelines
1. If you are late, please do not enter the class until the teacher lets you in after the opening relaxation is complete.
2. Classes are on a first come, first serve basis. Our heated studio can accommodate 25 people. To keep your practice enjoyable, we will not squeeze people beyond these numbers.
3. Please remove your shoes at the door and hang up your jacket. Valuables can be taken into the room and hung on the hooks during class, please try not to place belongings on the floor.
4. Do not bring any food into the studio. Water or juice is permitted to keep you hydrated during your practice.
5. All cell phones are to be turned off during the practice.
6. To respect those around you, please refrain from talking during the class. This can be distracting to the Instructor and your fellow students.
7. Stay for savasana. This is the most important part of the practice. Savasana will help you keep energized for the rest of your day.
8. SILENCE is necessary for meditation and centering while in the yoga rooms, for this reason please keep your voices low before class while others are relaxing.
