Hatha Flow
A class designed to guide students through a variety of yoga poses, breathing through the postures while remaining present in the moment. This class will help to improve posture, tone and strengthen the body while encouraging students to release tension and relax the mind.

 

Gentle Hatha Flow
A class to practice gently flowing through a variety of yoga poses, moving at a gentle pace focusing on alignment and breath. Classes will introduce poses to stretch and tone the body while bringing awareness to the breath and mind. This class is suitable to all, especially if you are new to yoga and not sure which class to start with!


Energy Hatha Flow (Power Yoga)
This class is designed to move through a variety of poses in a more dynamic manner. More challenging poses will be gradually introduced to students as well as modifications to deepen the postures. Come out and be rejuvenated!


Good Night Flow
A class perfect for people looking to unwind after a long day.  Students will be guided through a variety of yoga poses with special attention to providing relief to areas of the body that normally hold tension, finishing with an extended relaxation period. 


Good Morning Flow
Morning class is for people that want to start their day off with an energizing yoga practice.  This class will move through an all over body stretching and energizing, focusing on calm breath practiced throughout all postures to be carried throughout the rest of the day.


Zumba
The latest in a fun energizing fitness class, latin dancing.
